This International Women’s Day, our community is coming together to honour the passion, resilience, and achievements of the incredible women who shape our region. Organised by local women, for local women, this special event celebrates the vital roles they play across our farms, families, businesses, and communities.
We invite you to join in the celebration at a warm and vibrant gathering that reflects the spirit of connection and collaboration that defines regional life. This year’s celebration features a beautifully curated High Tea, thoughtfully crafted using locally sourced produce grown and created by women who are at the heart of our agricultural community.
Guests will enjoy:
- Flavours straight from the farm to the table by Kate Rose of Baupal Park Farm, known for her commitment to sustainable growing and fresh, seasonal produce.
- CC from Woolooga Farm Kitchen, celebrated for her creative, homestead-inspired culinary flair and her dedication to showcasing local ingredients.
- A fashion show presented by Renae from Foxy Lady Fashion Gympie, bringing flair, fun, and fabulous style to the celebration.
- Live music by Blue Ruby, a talented duo based near Gympie, setting the scene with soulful sounds and a relaxed regional vibe.
