The Rejuvenate Health & Wellness Retreat, held at Changing Habits Farm in Maleny, brings together experienced facilitators, regenerative farming, nourishing food, and practical wellbeing knowledge in a three-day immersive experience designed to support both personal and environmental connection.
Set on a working regenerative farm, the retreat combines movement, workshops, shared meals, and time on Country to help participants reset, reflect, and return home with practical tools to support healthier, more balanced living.
