Introducing Mauricio Montoya, who has joined the BMRG team as a project officer.
After studying Agricultural Science in Colombia, Mauricio migrated to Australia in 2014.
He lived in Brisbane for a couple of years and completed his masters degree in global project management and an MBA at Torrens University in 2019.
He came to Bundaberg as a research officer to plan, execute and monitor a trial to evaluate new agriculture products.
At BMRG, Mauricio is working on a project to control weeds and pests in the Barambah Creek catchment.
