Graziers came together for a standout BMRG Field Day focused on building natural capital within grazing systems. Hosted by BMRG at Moondooner in the South Burnett, the event offered a rich blend of knowledge sharing, practical demonstrations, and community connection.
Let by farmers for farmers, the day spotlighted regenerative grazing strategies that support healthier soils, attract beneficial insects, and boost landscape resilience. Attendees engaged in peer-led discussions and hands on learning aimed at improving land management by increasing ground cover and pasture diversity.
From insights on improving a grazing land management system and soil moisture retention, to the role of natural capital in long-term productivity, this event was well received by attendees, reinforcing the value of farmer-led innovation and collaboration.
